Hello, my name is Megan Koshney, and I’m excited to share my Thrive Experience!
Before Thrive, I dealt with mild headaches, digestive challenges, feeling down, lacked motivation, general joint discomfort, and mental stress. I started to take tons of vitamins for everything, literally EVERYTHING! I woke up and took my multivitamin, but never on an empty stomach or I’d end up sick. I took vitamins for my hair, skin, and nails. I even started taking a vitamin for joint support.
Once I became engaged, I added a vitamin for mood support into the daily routine. Due to my digestive challenges, I started taking probiotics for digestive support. Which now makes sense because I was taking vitamins and herbal supplements every 2-4 hours, my stomach couldn’t digest them all.

From Day 1, I can say I was honestly impressed. Being able to take my vitamins before breakfast without upsetting my stomach was fantastic!! I drank my shake then slapped on my positive affirmation DFT and went on with my day! Throughout the day I had amazing mental clarity and finally felt like I coming out of my mental fog. By day 3 I noticed I was sleeping better and had the motivation to keep moving throughout the day. No mid-day crash & no reaching for an energy drink or soda.
