In this judgment-free space, you can ask any questions you have, share a bit of your story, and together we'll explore whether group or 1:1 coaching is the best fit for you right now.
Cancellation Policy
By booking and enrolling in the 6-Week 1:1 Intensive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following: 1. Nature of Coaching This program is a faith-led, identity and emotional healing coaching experience. It may include emotional root identification, discernment, prayer, reflection, and practical next steps. This is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and does not replace licensed mental health services. 2. Client Responsibility You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being during and after sessions. Coaching is a collaborative process and requires honesty, openness, and personal responsibility. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your engagement and willingness to integrate the work. 3. Session Structure The intensive includes six (6) private 60-minute sessions scheduled within a 6-week container. Sessions begin and end on time. Late arrival does not extend session length. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions missed, canceled late, or no-shows are forfeited and count as used. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the 6-week container. 5. Payments & Refunds All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment plans are a courtesy and represent a commitment to the entire program, not individual sessions. You agree to complete all payments regardless of attendance or early withdrawal. Missed payments may result in paused sessions until the account is current. 6. Scope & Boundaries Support is limited to scheduled sessions unless otherwise stated in writing. Coaching does not include crisis intervention. Respectful communication is expected at all times. 7. Termination Either party may end the coaching relationship if it is no longer appropriate or aligned. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund. 8. Confidentiality Sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to yourself or others. 9. Agreement By completing your booking, you confirm that you understand the nature of this program, accept the financial and personal responsibility involved, and agree to all terms outlined above.
