Fireproof Experience – Ticket & Payment Policy

Due to the intimate and high-touch nature of the Fireproof Experience, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Each registration secures lodging, meals, materials, transportation, and a reserved space within the Firecarrier home and event venue. Because these elements are arranged in advance and capacity is intentionally limited, we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.

Deposits:

If you choose to reserve your seat with the deposit option, the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total ticket balance.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available at checkout to make this experience more accessible. By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to complete all scheduled payments. All payment plans must be paid in full no later than Friday, Sunday, May 31, 2026  in order to maintain your reservation. If a payment plan defaults, is canceled, or payments stop, your reservation will be immediately canceled and all payments made will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for partial payments or deposits.

Ticket Transfers

If an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending, your ticket may  be transferred to another woman up to 30 days before the event. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to: denaynac@gmail.com

All transfer requests are subject to approval and must be completed before the 30-day deadline.

Agreement

By purchasing a Fireproof ticket or selecting a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.We look forward to welcoming the women who will gather for this refining and strengthening experience.
